Processing of Personal Data

The personal data from the customer given with the online registration on www.planet-group.eu will be inserted in an electronic databases of property of Planet Group s.r.l., legal residence via Toscana, 9- 61122- Pesaro (PU)- Italy.

Planet Group s.r.l. will use personal data in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/ 30 June 2003.
This processing refers to personal data given to the customer with the registration at the offers of Planet Group srl.

There are two category of information: obligatory and optional.
The obligatory information are exploited for the use of the indicated services. If the client doesn't give this information, it can't enjoy services of Planet Group s.r.l..
The optional information guarantee a better service. The user choose if procure this information or not.

Planet Group s.r.l. groups, records, organizes, conserves, elaborates, modifies, selects, extracts, compares, uses, connects and divulges to third parties the personal data of customers. This information are recorded in database or archive.
In particular, the purposes of the processing of personal data are:
-supply the expected services;
-verify the quality of the offered services;
-provide for accounting and fiscal compliances;
-implement internal market and statistic surveys, marketing and product preferences;
-return to possible offense upon request of competent authorities.

When the user agree to:
-procure the information and/or product offers, services or efforts sponsor by Planet Group srl, affiliated societies, commercial partners and outsources, without transfer of the personal data of customers to third parties;

The user can consult his data every time and enjoy the rights of Section 7 of d.lg.196 / 2003.

Section 7 of d.lg.196 / 2003 grants the exercise of certain rights, including in particular:
1. obtain confirmation of their personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their intelligible communication.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information of their personal data, in particular:
  1. the indication of their origin,
  2. purpose and methods of their treatment,
  3. the indication of the logic, the identity of the owner, the manager and the persons or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of as controller or data.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
  1. updating, rectification and integration of data,
  2. cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data in violation of law
  3. as evidence that such operations have been brought to the attention of any persons to whom the data were communicated.
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose:
  1. the processing of their personal data for justified reasons
  2. the processing of their personal data if they are used for sending advertising materials, direct marketing or for carrying out market surveys.
The user can exercise the rights of Section 7 of d.lg.196 / 2003 (revision, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation the processing of personal data anonymously, when it violates the law (1° paragraph, points a), b), c), d) and 2° paragraph).

In the section "Cookies" there are configurable options.

Mozilla Firefox:
At the top of the Firefox window click the Tools menu.
Select Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
You can choose 'use custom settings' to configure.

Internet Explorer:
At the top of the Internet Explorer window click on the Tools menu.
Select the Security tab and use the Delete Browsing History to delete cookies.
Enable Cookies check box, and then click Delete.
Select the Security tab, and use the settings to move the slider to the top to block all cookies or totally down to allow all cookies. After that, click OK.

Safari browser:
Click the menu in the toolbar.
Select Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
Block all cookies.
