INTRODUCTION
The following definitions regulate the sale of products made and commercialized by Planet Group s.r.l.
The contracts between seller and client on www.planet-group.it, will be regulate by the following terms of sale.
1. ORDERS
The order is confirmed by Planet Group with a confirm sent via e-mail, which reports the number and the date of the order and the date of despatch.
The prices are in euro and are ex-works price.
The prices are calculate on the current pricelist, and can vary with the variations of the market.
2. TIME OF DESPATCH
The time of despatch is the time between reception of order and the delivery of product to the courier.
The products at stock, will be despatched in 24/48 hours.
3. DELIVERY METHODS
The shipment is consigned to our couriers (DHL, Palletways) based on weight.
4. TIME OF DESPATCH
Suggested time of delivery 2/5 working days.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs varies depending on weight and destination of products.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
> Bank transfer
The despatch takes place after the real deposit on current account of Planet Group s.r.l. The bank transfer should effectuate within 5 working days. After, the order is considered cancelled.

The payments by credit cards take place after the online transaction, the bank approves the task of the amount.

Online transactions by credit cards are made directly by a safe server of bank with a certified protection system.
8. WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITY
The Planet Group products are guarantee for manufactory or compliance defects.
Planet Group s.r.l. refuses all responsibility for damage caused by longer storage of products in clients stock. The company don’t guarantee use of products.
Products are used out of our control, so the company refuses all responsibility for inconvenience of use, directly or indirectly, accidental or not damages to people and things.
9. PRIVACY
The personal data from the customer given with the online registration are recorded to satisfy clients requests and will not transferred to third parties.
Planet Group srl will use personal data in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/ 30 June 2003.
The sections of this terms of sale can be disregard only by written agreement of both parties.
Every communications by Planet Group s.r.l. should be written. For any disputes venues of arbitration will be Pesaro, Italy.
